Want to Play a Sport at Mt. Eden during the 2025-2026 School year?

Mt. Eden High School offers a wide range of interscholastic athletic teams for our students.  In order to play a sport the student-athlete must:

1) Complete the Athletic Clearance form through Home Campus Website. 

2) Have a current physical (within a calendar year of the end of the season of sport)

3) Have medical insurance. If a student-athlete does not have insurance they can pick up low-cost insurance for the school year from the https://studentinsuranceusa.com/

4) Student-athletes must also be on track for graduation and maintain a minimum of a 2.0 Grade Point Average.
